Public preference center
/email-preferences lets anyone with a secure token manage their email categories without logging in.
In-app preferences
Signed-in users can manage the same preferences from Settings → Email Preferences.
Categories
Transactional emails (account, security, workflow notifications) are required. Product updates, marketing, workflow education, and city pilot updates are opt-in.
Unsubscribe
Use /unsubscribe or the link in any marketing email. Unsubscribing is honored across all marketing categories and recorded in the suppression list.
Marketing consent
Marketing email categories require explicit opt-in. PermitOS records the consent text, time, and source for each opt-in.
