Single precheck purchases
Single precheck purchases may be eligible for review if the precheck was not started, or if a billing error occurred. Once a precheck has produced results, the work is considered delivered.
Workspace subscriptions
Subscription refunds are reviewed based on usage and billing date. You can cancel a workspace at any time from billing settings; cancellation stops the next charge but does not automatically refund the current period.
Billing errors and duplicate charges
If you were charged in error or see a duplicate charge, contact billing@PermitOS.co with the order or invoice reference and we will look into it.
How to request a refund
- Email billing@PermitOS.co from the address on the account.
- Include the order or invoice reference.
- Briefly describe what you would like reviewed.
