Legal
Confirm the legal entity name, business address, and jurisdiction in /app/settings/legal-readiness. Privacy Policy, Terms, Cookie Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy must reference the real entity.
Confirm a verified sender domain in /app/settings/email-readiness. Verify suppression-list checks are active in send code.
Consent
Cookie consent banner must default to off for non-essential categories. Marketing opt-in must be explicit and logged.
Integrations
Mark integrations as live only after a real round-trip test succeeds with production credentials.
Honesty
Do not present AI document analysis, zoning determinations, or city integrations as live unless they are configured and tested. Use the planned and not_configured labels otherwise.
