Reviewer is decision support

The Reviewer Workspace is a triage queue. It does not approve permits, deny permits, or replace the official record system used by your jurisdiction.

Marks an issue as a real finding the applicant must address. Recorded with your name, time, and any note.

Marks an issue as not applicable, with a required reason. Recorded for audit.

Pauses the issue until the applicant provides clarification. Use the reviewer note to specify exactly what's missing.

Sends the issue to a specific department (e.g. Planning, Building, Fire). The route is recorded in the audit trail.

Each action writes an activity log with the user, project, issue, and decision. Use it to defend review consistency or to onboard new reviewers.

Readiness is a 0–100 weighted deduction score — a triage signal, not a guarantee of approval.
